Tutoring Appointments Available Online AND In Person

Fall Semester Hours

Monday - Thursday 8am - 7pm
Friday 8am - 12pm
Sunday (ONLINE ONLY) 10am - 2pm

Note: The Tutoring Center will be closed on the following days:

  • Monday, September 2 (Labor Day)
  • Monday, November 11 (Veterans Day)
  • November 24 - December 1 (Thanksgiving Break)

You can access online tutoring using a computer, tablet, or smartphone through Cranium Café.

How to Access Online Tutoring (Video with captions and audio) 

You will be prompted to log in. Use your WebAdvisor account to begin the scheduling. After you choose an appointment time slot, you will be asked for your class, instructor name, telephone number, and a brief summary of what you would like to meet about.
 

If there is a subject missing or you are unable to schedule an appointment, please see who is available for drop-in tutoring first; then contact Karen Peterson at kpeterso@yongshuo.net  or call 909-389-3312 Monday through Thursday, 8am - 4pm.

Drop-in In Person or Online

Use Cranium Café to visit a workshop or class, or to drop in. After you sign in, scroll down to "Tutoring Center" under "Instructional Services" on the "Student Support Directory."

Meet with an available tutor by clicking the "Chat" button Chat button on their virtual door (indicated by the green button on their Café Card). 

Students should provide to the tutor their exact ID number, name as it appears on WebAdvisor, the class, and the instructor at the beginning of the session to be tutored. 

You must be registered for classes to receive tutoring.

*All sessions are recorded and may be observed by the Tutoring Center coordinators and faculty in compliance with state regulations. They will not be made public.
